I am a lawyer formally qualified in Italy, Brazil and Portugal, and my professional experience has been built across different legal systems and jurisdictions. We work daily with complex cross-border matters connected to Italy, assisting individuals, families, athletes and investors.
Over the years, I have developed solid expertise in immigration and nationality law, international family and patrimonial matters, international real estate operations, and international football-related legal structures.
In the field of sports law, I have successfully passed the Italian Football Federation Sports Agent Examination, considered one of the most demanding qualification processes in the football world.
I am also currently completing a formal specialization to obtain the title of Avvocato Internazionalista in Italy, with a strong focus on international litigation, cross-border contracts and the protection of fundamental rights.
My work is deeply grounded in negotiation and extrajudicial solutions. I genuinely enjoy negotiating, persuading and building intelligent legal solutions before conflicts escalate.
But I have absolutely no hesitation in going to court when litigation becomes the most effective path. I litigate without fear — and always with strategy.
I work fluently in Portuguese, Italian and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, which allows me to communicate, negotiate and decide directly, without intermediaries.
