I am a lawyer qualified in Italy, Brazil and Portugal, with professional experience across different legal systems and jurisdictions. My practice focuses on complex cross-border matters connected to Italy, assisting individuals, families, athletes and investors.
My main areas of practice include immigration and nationality law, international family and patrimonial matters, cross-border real estate transactions and sports law.
In sports law, I successfully passed the Italian Football Federation Sports Agent Examination, one of the qualification processes required to operate within the Italian football system. I am also completing a formal specialization in international law in Italy, with a focus on international litigation, cross-border contracts and the protection of fundamental rights.
My approach is strongly oriented toward negotiation and extrajudicial solutions. Whenever possible, I seek to resolve disputes through strategic negotiation, persuasion and carefully structured legal solutions. When litigation becomes necessary, I pursue it with the same rigor, preparation and strategic focus.
I work fluently in Portuguese, Italian and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, allowing me to communicate and negotiate directly in international matters.
